I'm a friendly gay host. My guest room is located on the first floor (with elevator). It has private bathroom and balcony, kitchen and dining room access and a king size double bed.
It is only 5 minutes walking from "Santa Maria Novella" Florence central railway Station, Gay Sauna, Opera theater and Pitti exposition center; 10 minutes walking from the historical center of Florence; 20 minutes walking from Florence gay area, where discos and bars are.

In front of the apartment there is a 9 lines Bus stop in all directions.
